Coffee Morning

Thank you to everyone who attended our first Coffee Morning on the 1st Aug 2025. It was a great success and was made possible by the funding we recieved from the National Lottery Community Fund. We gathered lots of new ideas from the local community about what groups and support is needed for the area.

New Office Space

We are pleased to announce that we have moved into our own little office space at Wharton and Cleggs Lane Church and Community Centre

Women's Group

We started our Women's Group in Sep '25, it runs Thursdays 11:00-13:00. Our women’s group provides a safe and welcoming space where attendees improve their wellbeing through the Five Ways to Wellbeing framework, engaging in arts and crafts, walking activities and meaningful connection with others to reduce isolation and build confidence

Wellbeing Cafe

Every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Friday of the month 10:00-12:00 at Wharton and Cleggs Lane Church. Offering affordable "no frills" hot drinks and light snacks, with games and activities availble

Games Group

We are now running a Games Group 13:30-15:00 every Thursday

Mindful Miles Event

We had a fantastic time at the Mindful Miles event, with our raffle and Human Fruit Machine bringing plenty of fun to our stall. It was also a great opportunity to meet local residents and connect with other services working across the community.

Spirit of Little Hulton

We loved being part of the Spirit of Little Hulton Festival, where we promoted Supportive Spaces and connected with local residents and services. Our Relaxation Station gave people a welcoming space to sit, unwind and enjoy some relaxing creative activities.

Healthy Hearts Group

Our Healthy Hearts Group takes place every Wednesday, 11am–12:30pm at Little Hulton Pavilion, bringing people together to explore simple ways to improve both physical and emotional wellbeing. Sessions include gentle activities, wellbeing topics, practical health information and plenty of opportunity to connect with others.
